Yes, security is our top priority. SKU Science is SOC 2 Type II certified, ensuring our security controls are independently audited every year against the most rigorous industry standards.
- World-class infrastructure: we run on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Ireland (EU). This infrastructure is certified for ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, and PCI Level 1.
- Data encryption: all communications are secured using high-level SSL encryption (HTTPS protocol). No data is ever transmitted in clear text.
- Full compliance: our service is fully compliant with GDPR and international data privacy standards.
Who owns my data?
You do. You retain ownership of all the data you send to your user account. We do not share it with any third parties.
Where is my data hosted?
Your data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Ireland), with backups taken regularly. SKU Science is GDPR compliant and your data is never shared with third parties.
Is user management and access control available?
Enterprise plans provide role-based access and an audit log, so access is centrally managed and every change is traceable. Support access is token-gated — you decide when we can step in.
What level of support and service do you offer?
Every plan includes support from our team. Enterprise plans add a dedicated account manager, priority support and a service-level agreement covering availability and response times. SLA terms are shared and agreed during procurement.
Can I integrate SKU Science with my ERP and other systems?
Yes. You can bring data in and push results out via our API, an MCP connector, or Excel / CSV. Enterprise plans include API access and integrations, so forecasts flow straight to your ERP, BI or planning system.
Can I install SKU Science on my own server?
SKU Science is a cloud-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) application. We maintain our servers, security and updates so that you don't have to. However, you can contact us if you have a specific need. We are studying all proposals.
Can you configure my account and upload my data?
Everything is planned for you to be autonomous, but we want to allow you to be operational immediately. If you don't want to set up your account yourself, we can do it for you, free of charge: you just upload your file in the tool interface.
Here's what we will do for you: the implementation team will upload the list of fields present in your file (articles, description, location, purchase or production cost, sale price, product family, sales channel, etc.) and your historical demand.

How does billing work?
Plans are billed annually in USD or EUR at 1:1 parity, prices exclude taxes. You can pay by wire transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), and purchase orders are supported for Enterprise. Card payments are securely processed through Stripe, we never store your card details, they are held by Stripe.
How do contracts, renewal and cancellation work?
You can cancel at any time. You'll be billed for your current contract period but never again. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, with no automatic re-billing after that.
What happens after the free trial ends?
Enjoy a 15-day free trial with unlimited access to all features — no commitment required. Once your trial ends, you can choose the right subscription plan with guidance from our team.
